This is what you
need to do if you have forgotten your Chatzy.com Password
When you go
to the Chat Room you should see this screen:
Click on "OK"
That brings up this screen:
Fill in your email address, set the
status to new user/forgot password then press enter.
That brings up this screen:
Click in the "I am not a robot" button
then click on "Send Email".
Next you will this pop-up message;
Click on "OK" then check your email for the 6-digit code.
The pop-up message disappears and you can now enter the code:
Enter the 6-digit code you received by
Email. Enter and re-enter the new password you want to use, Click
on "Log me in" and you should then be in the Chat Room.
