Olive - Chinese White Crested Powder Puff
We had you for 10 years, your quirky personality, we all grew to
love. You were COMPLETELY a People dog, had an indifference to
other dogs, put up with Rufus (tolerated him), loved people food,
your radar ears perking up at the sound of someone in the
kitchen...you'd go trotting off for a look.
You would get excited and do twirls, around and around, or grab
the stuffed white reindeer and fling it over your head for us,
time and time again.
To find out you had a large tumor on your spleen and really, did
we put you through that invasive surgery? We couldn't. We brought
you home for 24 hours. We fed you ribeye, ice cream sandwiches,
cheese, cream and chicken. We were there with you when you
passed...you were scared at first, I hated that....tried so hard
to comfort you, til they gave you a bit of a sedative to calm you.
We loved you so so very much. Rufus is lost without you. I
hope beyond hope when I pass you are at Rainbow Bridge, waiting
for me.

I love you CC so much and miss you just as much. Thank you for
always being there for me. I loved our walks, sitting out in the
warm sunshine, you, Cooper and me cuddling together in the bed,
always being at my side and for being my little pumpkin, such a
handsome boy with a beautiful soul. I will love you for always and
forever. See you at Rainbow Bridge and until then, play with your
brothers, Corky and Ozzy while Grandma looks after all of you.
