Gabriel, 4/16/06 - 7/23/2017 Small Cam

I loved you and my heart is broken; of all the dogs I've loved you Gabe, Grizz, Kye and Sheba are etched in my heart forever. Gabe the babe you were my best boy.

Gemma Gomez Phd, 02-01-2000 - 10-02-2017 Small Cam

Gemma passed away peacefully 10-02-2017, in my arms with the vet beside us.  She was diagnosed with kidney failure due to a urinary tract infection in 2012.  Gemma held steady for four (4) years and nine (9) months, but in late September 2017, had not eaten in at least three (3) days, likely more.

Gemma spent her last night with me, which she never does, perhaps to say good bye.  Gemma retained her true spirit, personality and breed characteristics (despite being dilute) until her passing.

Today she traveled to Cat Heaven to be with those who went before her, being the Great Cat Huntress from her younger and healthy days.  Before Gemma’s illness, she was the protector and would do ‘sentry duty’ when allowed in the back yard.  She would bolt for the farthest point, then check the perimeter and only then play with us.  Once a neighborhood bully cat, that rare cat that leaves “deposits” in various yards, entered my back yard.  A friend and I were sitting on my patio and in the split seconds it took to grab the garden hose, the fight was over.  Gemma’s left back foot was a bit torn and she spent the night in the Cat Hospital and discharged with ‘good health’.  Later, I learned the neighbor’s cat had passed away.   The bully kitty was a large intact male, Gemma, a medium spay had been declawed (defenseless!).  While I took no joy in the passing of the bully cat, I was glad Gemma had not received serious injury.

Gemma lived 6,453 days (we guess her birth date to be 02-01-2000, she had been abandoned), which is 17 years, eight months and one day.  Still too short of time with her.

Gemma crawled into my heart and found places humans never reach and leaves a hole in my heart.

Geppy, Jan.4,2004 - Sept.30,2017

Geppy,

Your were the best dog in the whole world. Your were so kind and gentle and patient and always there for mommy.  No matter how bad my day was, walking in the door and seeing your head pop up when you heard me come home put the biggest smile on my face!  O i love you and miss you so much, but you need to be safe and free from having those tumors on your spleen rupture and cause you a tragic death.  I want you to be without pain and running and playing with all your little friends and someday I will join you.  I love you so much!

Love,

Mommy

Gizmo, 16/08/07 - 09/08/17 Small Cam

My beautiful baby boy Gizmo. I miss you my special boy I always will. Until wee meet again. Your mummy x heart broken without you xxx

Gizmo, 1/2001 - 9/28/07

Hi Giz, I told you I’d never forget you. It's 11 years tomorrow that you passed, I had to order that needle, it’s been a burden to carry. For 2 months after you went to the rainbow bridge I wanted to die. I knew I couldn't go on like that so I looked and looked to find a friend just like you, but I couldn't. So I got 2 Siberian huskies and named them Angel and Agnes, sisters. Then a year later I got another husky named Denali. They are all still doing great at 11 years old and they saved my life. It took 3 furry friends to replace the emptiness I had. I still yearn for the time I meet you again at the Rainbow Bridge, but we are going to have some company. I have never forgotten your habits, cuddling, kisses, and getting me up in the morning. It seems like yesterday. I'll love you till the end of time, please forgive me for the needle. Dad

Grace, January 10 - May 10 Small Cam

I miss you more each day.  You brought so much sunshine to me. You are my best friend but I know your happy again at RAINBOW BRIDGE. We will meet again my Grace. Until then my heart is with you. I'll always love you. Kris❤

Greta Barko Moseley, 12/15/2012 - 12/14/2017 Small Cam

Greta was the best dog to ever live.

She slept on our kids' beds, protected us daily from the mailman and could run as fast as lightning!! She was a sweet, Amish girl. We adopted her from a kind Amish couple as a baby. While the Amish have a reputation as being puppy mill owners, this couple was not peddling puppies in that way. I'll never forget the golden day in January when we went out to their farm to see if we wanted the last female of their two dogs, Cutie Pie and Cattle Bullets' litter. She never quite got used to technology- She used to try to assassinate the vacuum cleaner daily and barked at the TV often.

We will miss you, Gratzi. What a great dog you were to us.

Gus, February 24, 2004 - February 25, 2017 Small Cam

Good bye, our Big Guy Gus.  We loved every day you spent with us, enriching our lives with love, laughter, and comfort.  We know that you are over the Rainbow Bridge and are happy, healthy, and strong, as we will always remember you.  We miss your loving kisses and your LARGENESS, and our home is empty without you, filled only with tears and memories. We love you with all our hearts, Big Guy, and we will see you someday soon.  Please be good to Nathan and Scarlet until we get there.
