Uncle Fester, 02/06/94-11/02/07

To our devoted companion and loyal Rottie family member, Uncle Fester:

For 13 years, 7 months and 26 days you filled our days with joy and our nights with the ease of knowing you'd give your life to protect us. Even in your end days you thought of us more than yourself in that selfless way you always had about you.
Brendan, Ross and I will never get over the heartbreak of losing you, but we know someday we'll be untied with you at that Rainbow Bridge.

Unknown, 10/01/07-10/03/07

Today I witnessed the tragic end to a little puppies life that I never knew.

I do not know his name of even if he was really a she.

I do not know his/her circumstances nor do I know who his/her owners were.

I do not care to know what drove him/her to dash down the six lane road without regard to his/her life.

I do not know why his/her owners did not take the time nor interest to tag my unknown friend nor do I know what compelled him or her not to come to me as I stopped traffic in an effort to coax him/her into my car to safety.

For the life of me I do not know why human beings can be so cold as not to stop as my unknown friend ran into ongoing traffic and was struck down.

Possibly the white jeep did not see the little dog as he or she ran their way or possibly they did not care as they rushed to work.

I tried to soften the damage as I my new angel lay ther in shock, I was at a loss as a visitor to this city, I did not know who to call or a local vet to seek help.

I trust that the God I worship takes my new little angel into heaven and places them with my sacred angel watching over me and I pray that others like him/her are out of harms way and will never have to die in the middle of the street while uncaring humans dash to work.

I will say a special prayer for you tonight and hope heaven is a better place than here.

I'm sorry your owner didn't know how to use invisible fence. You were just happy and running across the wrong road at the wrong time. I don't know why the person who hit you didnt stop. But remember there were three people besides me cared about you and were there for you. I'm sorry I couldn't do anything to ease your pain. I will never forget your beautiful green eyes looking at me as you cross the rainbow bridge. I know you are now at safe place runnig around happy! I will never forget your beautiful eyes because that's how I will find you when I meet you at the gate someday.

Arrived on our property yesterday barely able to walk but meowing for our attention. Gave it food and water but didn't want anything. Dried it off with a towel and it started purring. Checked on it all night while it slept in our boat which was warm, dry and safe. Passed on this morning hopefully to the Rainbow Bridge where my dogs will welcome it! I am sure my angel Pepsi sent the cat to us to spend its last hours. Pepsi knew we would never turn our backs on an animal in need. May it have peace, health and safety at the Bridge until I get there! You can join the rest of my gang-I have enough love for all.

I don't know who you were.
I found you lying at the side of the road and you'd already gone on to the Bridge.
You didn't have a collar with an address, and when my vet scanned you you didn't have a microchip, so we had no way of knowing where you came from.
I'm so sorry I couldn't take you home.

You were a beautiful brindled tortoiseshell, just like my dear Misti who lived with me for 16 years.
If you haven't got anyone to wait for and you'd like to wait for me at the Bridge I'll be very happy to see you again one day.
Wait for me with Misti, Domi, Bengie and Trudi.

Rest in peace little tortoiseshell.

Jenny

You were not my cat,but it breaks my heart to write this.why the driver of the car didn't stop when he hit you I'll never know, but I held you and stroked you as you left this world and I feel so upset that there was nothing I could do for you,you didn't deserve to die that way.if you are a stray I just hope you wait with all my other cats over there and I'll meet you again one day.bless you little fur ball

Uno, 05/23/93-05/21/07

Uno, you left us 2 days before your 14th birthday. You would not believe how much we miss you. You were our showdog, buddy, and best friend. Thank you for the beautiful show ring memories as you earned your American/Canadian Championship, obedience titles, and tracking title. Thank you for all the great times we had together. Please wait for us at the bridge. We love you and miss you. Ashley is really struggling without having you here. Rest in peace, my friend. You'll always be my Uno Boy.

Connie, Ashley, Harold and Austin

Ursa Mae, 08/27/95-06/11/07

The very best girl, Ursa was the most beatiful dog ever.
She was always full of love for me, and never ever let me down.
I'll miss her always.

Utica, 05/90-10/2006

Mommy's Teddy Bear,
You gave so much in life to everyone - me as your puppy raiser, Don has his guide dog and then back home to me for all your retirement years.
You lived so many lives in one lifetime and taught me so much about life.
You and Bella were my world and when she crossed over Rainbow Bridge, I knew very shortly you would too.
I tried so hard to keep you with me, but you knew in the end I'd trust your decision to move on.
I know you, Bella and Mylissa are having a great time together again.
Play hard, be happy and always know you're mommy's teddy bear forever.

I love you big guy.
